If you have 4 or more occasions in a year that require a headpiece, membership is a brilliantly economical way to hire hats, headbands and fascinators.

  • Unlimited hires for 12 months

  • Can be purchased in advance - your membership starts from date of first hire, not date you pay for membership

  • Excludes postage charges

  • Includes all casual and occasion hats

  • Going to Royal Ascot? This requires a little bit of flexibility. If you’re attending several days and want to know how it works, get in touch to discuss logistics!

Terms and Conditions

Cotswold Hat Club membership

  • After we’ve received your payment, membership is non-refundable.

  • Hats may only be hired one at a time (except by prior agreement).

  • Membership is personal and non-transferable - Hat Club members are not permitted to lend hats to other parties.

  • Hats can be collected from our studio in St Albans, or posted to members. Postage costs extra.

  • To join The Cotswold Hat Club, we take your payment card details. If a hat is lost, stolen or damaged, the full value of the hat will be charged to your card.

  • We use your personal details only for the purposes of managing your membership and making payments. We don’t share your details with anyone else. There’s more detail in our Privacy Notice.
